Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Will Touch ‘n Go send SMS with links?
No. Bank Negara Malaysia has required banks to remove clickable links from SMS since 2022, and its RMiT policy (November 2025) applies the same rule to major e-wallets, to prevent phishing scams. If you see a link in SMS, it is likely fake.
Can I get my money back if scammed?
It is difficult. Once the money is transferred out, it is usually gone. That is why calling 997 immediately is crucial to block the mule account.
How to contact official TNG support?
Only use the “Careline” number listed inside your official app or website. Do not trust numbers found on random Facebook comments.
